🕒 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Custom or made-to-order items may require an additional 2-3 business days of production before shipping.

Note: Some products are fulfilled from different facilities. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 USD before taxes and discounts.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system after shipment.
🚫 Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it’s unclaimed by the customer, reshipping fees will apply. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. Email us at eliacandlescontact@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right as soon as possible.
🌎 International Shipping
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
